Our Mission
Our Mission is to proclaim the Gospel and ignite the Body of Christ withe the fire of God. through Authentic fellowship, passionate worship, fervent prayer, intentional discipleship, and transformative decisions, we seek to cultivate environments where individuals can have powerful encounters with God and be forever transformed.
Our Vision
Our vision is to build a global community of believers who carry God's love, seek his face, and are equipped with his fire. Our heart is to see communities living out the Gospel Globally.
Our Saturday Night
This was how it started - with a meal, fellowship, the Word, prayer:
Acts 2:46-47 "Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved."
Dinner First
Come join us for a potluck-style dinner at 6 PM as we share
a meal and fellowship in God’s love. Bring your favorite dish to contribute, and let's enjoy an evening of food, faith, and friendship. We look forward to breaking bread together and giving thanks for His many blessings!
Community Connection
Abba's Fire is all about deep connection and true intimacy in Christ. During and after dinner, we’ll take time to build meaningful relationships, encourage one another, and grow together in His love. Come ready to share, listen, and experience the power of genuine fellowship in His presence!

We believe worship is the key to experiencing God’s heart. It draws us closer to Him and deepens our relationship with His love.
Inspiration

ABBA'S FIRE HELPED TO SEND RICK TO:
LATVIA (February 7th – 20th): Rick traveled with Brian Long to minister to leadership and pray for the Parliament, holding a conference in Riga.
PAKISTAN (April 16th – 30th): Rick visited Pakistan. If you’d like to receive the newsletter from that trip, complete with pictures and testimonies, just send us your email, and we’ll send it to you.
POLAND (May 20th – 30th): Rick and I both returned to Poland, where he spoke at their conference, "Fire and Embers!" It was amazing to witness the spiritual growth and outpouring.
PHILIPPINES (June 9th – 23rd): Rick went with a mission team to visit villages and minister in the region.
HAWAII (July): Rick trained at a native church with Paul Gornell.
NEW HAMPSHIRE (August): Rick ministered through street ministry in New Hampshire.
The hunger for God’s Kingdom is great, and we continue to be reminded: "On earth as it is in Heaven!" Remember, "Don't plan with what is in your pocket, but plan with what is in God's pocket. He will provide."
As it says in 1 Samuel 30:24 (ESV), “Who would listen to you in this matter? For as his share is who goes down into the battle, so shall his share be who stays by the baggage. They shall share alike.”

Pastor Rick Frasure - Bio
I’ve been married for 48 years to my wife; Karen and we have 2 sons. I was saved as a teenager. I’ve attended various Bible schools and studied with Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. I’ve pastored churches for 23 years in Idaho, Oregon, and Hawaii. Was State Overseer for the Hawaiian Islands. I’ve done television and radio ministry, visited prisons, and led evangelistic events. I’ve made ministry trips to Israel, Taiwan, Moldova, Mexico, South Africa, Kenya, Brazil, Switzerland, Latvia, and Bulgaria. PLUS,MORE…
My wife and I graduated from Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, California. We continue to live in Redding now for 9 years, where I serve as a prayer servant in the “Healing Rooms” as team leader and currently teaching and performing the role of Pastoral Care for the
“Firestarter’s” program. Worked with my spiritual Ukrainian son organizing a new church in Sacramento, CA “Open Heavens Church”.
55 years of ministry of signs and wonders and miracles preaching the gospel. ABBA’s Fire was Gods idea to reveal the Father’s Passion for you - Through physical and emotional healing and through impartation - by the laying on of hands to activating supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit in you. We desire to see people saved – healed – delivered into Freedom and the
fullness of life that God has for them.
Apostle Paul’s words:
“Making request if, by some means, now at last I may finda way in the will of God to come to you. For I long to see you, that I may impart to you some spiritual gift, so that you may be established” Romans 1:10-11 NKJV
Life Motto: “Make Ready”. If you only had five minutes to cut down a tree, take three minutes to sharpen your Ax.
In summary, I love people and want them to walk in the fullness of what God has for them. I love to preach, teach, and pray for people to receive healing and deliverance. I’m known as a JOY giver and many people enjoy my contagious laughter. I’ve had many opportunities to give a “Father’s Blessing” which has brought heart healing to many wounded men and women. I want to be His chosen vessel to see “Heaven Come to Earth”. This is my constant prayer. Amen
Karen’s Bio:
I was raised in a Christian home in Iowa and had an amazing Mother who taught us what Faith in God could do. We sung together at church as a family. I experienced loss at a young age when my 16 year old sister was killed by drunk drivers (I was also in the car) and 2 years later my Dad died. But, always knowing that God had a beautiful plan for my life.
As a child, in a Revival service, I remember feeling God’s calling so strong, thinking that I needed to go to Africa as a missionary and to leave that night ! But, His word to me was “WAIT”. At 16 years old, I felt the call of God to be a “Pastor’s Wife”. What ? I’d only heard of pastor, teacher, or missionary but never a specific calling as a “Pastor’s Wife!” (I since have realized the importance of that calling.) The word God gave me then was “PREPARE”! It was after High School when God told me it was time to “GO !”
I received an Associate of Arts degree in Christian Education from a Bible College in Cleveland, Tennessee. I went on a missionary trip to Curacao and to the Bahamas. College is where I met my husband Rick. We pastored 23 years in Idaho, Oregon and Hawaii. As a family, we made two missionary trips to Taiwan. I’ve held a variety of church positions and as teacher. I further studied Early Childhood Development and Counseling. I found out the world is full of hurting people and I desire to see people’s hearts healed.
